A mixture for the preparation of tincture with a tongue. Tongue tincture is a universal agent supporting all internal organs. Takes care of the proper hormonal balance.

Ingredients: tongue 12g, cinnamon 40g, long pepper 10g

The herbs contained in the tincture strengthen the function of the liver, lungs and pancreas. They cleanse the body of harmful juices, excess mucus and metabolic products.

The treatment should last about 6 weeks. In the first week of treatment, the drink should be drunk three times a day after meals. From the second to the sixth week, twice a day, before and after meals. The recommended amount is approximately eight liters.

Tongue tincture recipe: Boil the Tonguea herb in 2l of wine, cook for 5 minutes. Add 200g skimmed honey, cook again for 2 minutes. Add cinnamon and long pepper (both spices are ground in one sachet), boil the third time for 2 minutes. Pour through a sieve.

Long pepper is a climbing plant, sharper than black pepper, with a hint of sweet cinnamon aftertaste. Long pepper is used in broths, marinades, it tastes good in sweet game sauces.

It improves blood circulation, helps to restore the proper hormonal balance. In addition, it strengthens the functions of the liver, lungs and supports digestive processes.

All sweetened dishes can be seasoned with cinnamon. A small amount of cinnamon is added to stews, mutton, beef, boiled fish, ham. It also enhances the taste of beer, wine and alcohol liqueurs.

Cinnamon has a warming effect. It stimulates the appetite, improves the work of the pancreas, thanks to which insulin secretion is activated, which may be beneficial for diabetics. The oil in cinnamon prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi.
