Soluble grain coffee made from organic spelled grains (DE-001-Oko-Kontrollstelle) - grains with numerous medicinal properties. Recommended by St. Hildegard of Bingen as a complement to rational nutrition. Thanks to its health properties, coffee is also suitable for children. It does not contain caffeine. Hildegard wrote that "those who can no longer eat with the help of spelled, quickly recover". It is the most easily digestible cereal, it contains the most amino acids.
