Collagenum was created for women and men who want to keep fit and young looking.

Collagenum is a natural preparation consisting of 10% pure freeze-dried fish collagen as well as goat and mare's milk, cranberry, strawberry and raspberry.

How to use: pour the contents of the sachet 50 ml of boiled, lukewarm water; mix vigorously for about 1 min. until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. Consume immediately after preparation. It is recommended to consume 1 serving (sachet) every other day. You should consume no more than 1 serving (sachet) per day. The preparation should be consumed preferably on an empty stomach for at least 1 hour. before a meal or 3 hours. after the last meal. Do not exceed the daily dose during the day. The preparation is not intended for children under the age of 14 and for people who are allergic or suffer from intolerance to any of the ingredients of the preparation.

Ingredients: freeze-dried mare's milk, freeze-dried strawberry fruit, freeze-dried fish collagen, freeze-dried goat milk, freeze-dried cranberry fruit, freeze-dried raspberry fruit. One sachet of the preparation contains: 0.5 g of collagen.

The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
