Ingredients per 2 tablets:

rosehip (Rosa Canina) fruit - 476 mg

vitamin C (L ascorbic acid) - 360mg

sea ​​buckthorn fruit extract (Hippophae rhamnoides) - 14 mg

cranberry fruit extract (Oxycoccus) extract - 14 mg

blackcurrant extract (Ribes nigrum) extract - 10 mg

bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose

anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids

binder - silicon dioxide

Active ingredients in the daily portion of the product (2 tablets): vitamin C (L ascorbic acid) 360 mg, which is 516% of the daily requirement

Vitamin C:

helps in maintaining the proper functioning of the immune system;

helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of:

a. blood vessels

b. cartilage

c. gums

d. teeth

e. bones

f. leather

helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system

helps in maintaining proper psychological functions

helps to protect cells against oxidative stress (helps to fight free radicals)

contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness

increases the absorption of iron

helps in maintaining the proper functioning of the immune system during and after intense exercise. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 200 mg of vitamin C daily (in our case it is about 2 tablets) above the recommended daily dose of vitamin C (which is about 80 mg).

Directions for use:

- most often: 1 tablet a day in the morning, drinking plenty of water.

- in states of increased demand 2 tablets a day in divided portions, drinking plenty of water.

Children and natural vitamin C

Natural vitamin C is recommended for children of all ages.

We suggest that children under four or five take vitamin C in contact lenses, older children can take tablets or crushed tablets or powder.

Remember - and it is very important (!) To give your children vitamin C in a form that prevents choking and choking because it is very dangerous. Therefore, we suggest that young children crush the tablets or administer the powder by mixing it with e.g. a lens.

We suggest giving vitamin C - 1/2 tablet in the morning and 1/2 in the evening. We recommend these amounts for children from 2 to 6 years old.

For older children, 1 tablet daily in the morning.

The tablets do not have a sweetener or coating.

The preparation can also be used by diabetics.

Store: in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of small children.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
