Fenugreek oil Cold-pressed

An extremely aromatic and unique cold-pressed oil which can give the dish a unique taste even with a small amount. It is extracted by cold pressing of fenugreek seeds. Modern technology and low extraction temperature (max 40º C) and selection of the highest quality seeds are the secrets of this oil.

Fenugreek oil Cold-pressed is characterised by:

– high unsaturated fat content (84 g/100 g)

– high polyunsaturated fat content (69 g/100 g)

Replacing dietary saturated fats with unsaturated fats helps to maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is unsaturated fat.

Maintaining a healthy state of health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Use and recommended intake:

For direct consumption either on its own or diluted with other oil as an addition to salads and other dishes.

Daily recommended intake: 35 drops (1000 mg).

Dosing is facilitated by the enclosed glass dropper.
