Unrefined groundnut oil offered by our company is extracted by cold pressing of unroasted and unblanched groundnut. We consciously skip the of roasting of nuts, because we want the extracted oil to have the most valuable and unchanged natural active substances. It is worth remembering that unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E are sensitive to high temperatures.

Groundnut oil Cold-pressed raw is characterised by:

– high unsaturated fat content (86 g/100 g)

– high monounsaturated fat content (71 g/100 g).

The high content of monounsaturated acids qualifies groundnut oil for the list of oils used in the Mediterranean diet.

Replacing dietary saturated fats with unsaturated fats helps to maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels (mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids are both unsaturated fats).

The beneficial effect occurs with an intake of 10 g LA a day.

Maintaining a healthy state of health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Use and recommended intake:

For direct consumption or as an addition to salads, soups, sauces, groats, potatoes or other dishes.

Groundnut oil has a delicate and at the same time characteristic taste and smell. Due to the fact that it is a 100 % natural product, the taste, colour and smell of the oil may vary from batch to batch.

It does not significantly affect the taste of the dish.

It is not recommended to heat the oil.

Storage:

It is important that the oil is stored in a dark, cool place, and after opening in the fridge. At low temperatures, the oil can start to solidify and become cloudy. It is a natural process, fully reversible, not affecting the quality of the product.
